SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Refund-Policy
Shipping
Golfing Project provides shipping on all USA orders.
We ship packages using FedEx, UPS and USPS for all domestic orders. No International Service.
Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make every Golfing Project purchase a happy one, nevertheless, we understand that sometimes a customer needs to make a return. We do not charge any restocking fee’s, all we ask is that you be responsible for your own shipping costs. We have a 90-day return policy initiated from the day you made your purchase. To avoid any confusion and make the process run smoothly, please read the following:
Don't like it | Ordered the wrong size.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, no problem. We'll accept the return as long as its new, unused, in its original packaging. We will refund the money (minus the shipping) once we receive it.
Defective | Not as described | Lost
Damaged
Unless stated otherwise, all items are new. Should your package arrive damaged in transit, please let us know. Please provide us with photos of the box contents in the condition you received them. We will send a replacement and file a claim with the carrier.
Not as described
Other times, the item you receive may not be what you ordered. We apologize beforehand. Please let us know. In these types of circumstances, we will send you a replacement/correct item or we may issue a refund if we don't have it on hand. We will provide a prepaid label.
Lost
If the package is lost by the carrier, please let us know. We ask all customers to wait three days for the estimated arrival date before we work to resolve the matter.
Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or color? We can arrange that only if the item has not shipped out yet. If there is no tracking number or the tracking info has not yet been updated, most likely it has not left our warehouse. Let us know and we will make the exchange. If it has left our warehouse, you'll need to cover the shipping cost of the exchange.
